Requirements
- Fluent conversational English at C1 level with clear, natural, and confident speech.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in phone-based, direct-to-consumer roles targeting US customers.
- Proven ability to follow defined scripts and remain composed under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail in tracking interactions within a CRM.
- Dedicated quiet workspace and high-speed stable internet.
- Quality headset.
- Full availability to work US Central business hours.
Responsibilities
- Call new mortgage leads within five minutes of arrival to confirm basic interest and needs.
- Book qualified borrowers directly onto Loan Officers' calendars.
- Send introductory tools including rate tools and application links to prospective clients.
- Maintain daily outreach via phone and text across a pipeline of 200–300 open leads until conversion or opt-out.
- Follow designated communication scripts strictly while handling caller inquiries professionally.
- Log every call, text, detail, and outcome with 100% accuracy in the GoHighLevel CRM platform.
