Requirements
- Active Michigan independent license (LPC, LMSW, or LMFT).
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families or a passion for serving this population.
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are strongly encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
- Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy via secure telehealth.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators.
- Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).
- Support families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care.
