Requirements
- Active Kentucky independent clinical license, such as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families, or a demonstrated interest in serving these populations.
- Experience delivering behavioral health services through telehealth is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote clinical caseload effectively.
- Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive mental health care.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary clinical and care teams.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to maintain accurate documentation while managing a flexible caseload.
- Bilingual English/Spanish clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to provide care primarily during weekday afternoons and early evenings, generally between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM EST.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments for children, adolescents, and young adults.
- Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans based on each client's clinical needs and circumstances.
- Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy through secure telehealth platforms.
- Deliver approximately 15–22 billable sessions per week while maintaining high standards of clinical care.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, including therapists, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, and care coordinators.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation within the electronic health record.
- Support families through education, communication, collaborative care planning, and appropriate coordination of services.
- Exercise sound clinical judgment while working independently in a remote environment.
- Participate in interdisciplinary case consultation and contribute to a collaborative clinical culture.
- Maintain availability primarily during weekday afternoon and evening hours, with weekend availability welcomed.
