Requirements

- 5+ years of professional analytics experience.
- 1-2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing an analytics team or cross-functional projects.
- 3+ years of dedicated analytics experience within the healthcare industry.
- Advanced SQL expertise.
- Experience with BI platforms (Looker preferred).
- Proficiency in statistical packages or languages (Python or R).
- Experience leveraging modern AI productivity tools to optimize workflow speed.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex numerical concepts into actionable strategies.
- Proven track record of guiding teams and managing cross-functional operations.
- Ability to present a portfolio of past analytical work and data visualizations.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Responsibilities
- Lead, resource, and develop a team of 3 analysts to set clear delivery standards.
- Personally perform complex analytics, data modeling, and presentation development.
- Transition the analytics function from reactive reporting to predictive intelligence.
- Optimize analytical workflows and methodologies to support rapid enterprise growth.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to departmental leaders to execute business goals.
- Design and deploy scalable self-service BI tools and dashboards for operational leaders.
- Utilize advanced statistical methods to bridge quantitative findings with real-world logic.
- Leverage modern AI platforms to accelerate analytical output and problem-solving.
