Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS product management experience building enterprise products.
- Proven track record of bringing AI-powered products to market.
- Expertise in driving product development processes using agile methodologies.
- Experience with product management tools such as Azure DevOps, Notion, Pendo, and Miro.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience working with UX teams.
- Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, epics, and features.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
- Experience researching, defining, and documenting market and platform requirements.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and technical product components.
- Ability to travel to engage with the team and participate in cross-functional meetings.
Responsibilities
- Build and launch successful SaaS B2B products and AI-powered features from concept to market.
- Own the strategic product direction and roadmap based on commercial rationale and market insights.
- Coordinate feature launches including testing, documentation, training, and adoption measurement.
- Design product enhancements and create artifacts such as opportunity briefs, specs, and user stories.
- Lead, motivate, and develop engineering and design team members in a global matrixed structure.
- Conduct customer discovery, competitive reviews, and market analysis to inform product decisions.
- Represent the company at customer-facing events and industry conferences.
