Requirements
- Proven experience building and launching products in a zero-to-one or early-stage environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with customers to validate problem-market fit.
- Strong product management experience spanning discovery, strategy, requirements, and development.
- Technical fluency to engage with Engineering on specifications and technical tradeoffs.
- Strong commercial instincts regarding pricing, positioning, and paths to revenue.
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and iterate quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an evidence-based approach.
- Effective communication skills for working with technical teams and executive leadership.
- High level of autonomy and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience using AI tools for product discovery, analysis, and experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and market thesis, including identifying target buyers and validating customer problems.
- Lead the evolution of an early proof of concept into a reliable product.
- Work directly with Engineering on product development, including epics, requirements, and technical tradeoffs.
- Engage with customers and prospects to test assumptions and determine commercial viability.
- Define and refine the go-to-market approach, including positioning, pricing, and customer segmentation.
- Contribute directly to prototypes, specifications, and research as needed.
- Communicate progress, market findings, and strategic decisions to executive leadership.
