Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a recruiter in an agency environment.
- Demonstrated experience working internationally with clients in the USA, UK, and Europe.
- Experience working directly with founders and business owners as hiring managers.
- Strong sourcing ability, including the use of AI, boolean search, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Workable experience preferred).
- Technical literacy to evaluate technical CVs and hold conversations with developers.
- AI-fluent, with a proven ability to leverage AI tools for efficiency.
- Ability to challenge client assumptions regarding budget and role specifications.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
- Helpful and professional communication style.
- Must be able to work as an independent contractor.
Responsibilities
- Onboard clients, understand their business, and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the Sourcing Specialist to build high-quality candidate shortlists.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of technical and non-technical roles, conducting thorough market and role research.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess fit beyond the CV.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, including scheduling, task coordination, and feedback loops.
- Advise clients on realistic expectations regarding salary and role specifications.
- Take full ownership of assigned roles, driving strategy and meeting performance targets for quality, quantity, and speed.
