Requirements

Responsibilities
- Manage assigned vacancies in collaboration with Atlean World.
- Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct pre-screening and interview processes to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Present shortlisted candidates to the Atlean World internal recruitment team.
- Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure engagement.
- Build and manage your own candidate network across international markets.
- Take initiative to identify new sourcing opportunities and recruitment strategies.
- Track your performance and work towards personal and financial goals.
