Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in fulfillment, delivery operations, contractor/expert onboarding, or staffing.
- Proven ability to manage high operational volume and track throughput, turnaround times, and capacity.
- Experience managing and improving performance metrics such as NPS, CSAT, or retention.
- Strong operational rigor with the ability to create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and workflows.
- High ownership and ability to identify problems and develop solutions independently.
- Familiarity with talent marketplaces, expert networks, or multi-step onboarding workflows.
- Experience managing vendor and compliance workflows from end to end.
- Interest in leveraging AI tools and automation to increase productivity.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Own expert fulfillment and matching to connect qualified experts with projects based on skills and availability.
- Drive expert activation from initial matching through ramp-up to reduce delays and drop-off.
- Manage expert satisfaction, NPS, and retention by developing policies, systems, and SOPs.
- Execute end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, background verification, and tool access.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including background-check providers and payment platforms.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement internal tools and automation to scale fulfillment workflows.
- Establish clear documentation and handoffs to ensure operational consistency across teams.
- Collaborate with project, engineering, and finance stakeholders to resolve issues and streamline operations.
