Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in user research, digital experience, conversion optimization, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience defining and leading user research strategies, programs, or roadmaps.
  • Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Target.
  • Demonstrated data storytelling skills to influence business or product decisions.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
  • Experience with qualitative research and behavioral analytics tools such as UserTesting, Microsoft Clarity, or Hotjar.
  • Experience applying AI tools throughout the research lifecycle.
  • Experience establishing a research practice, framework, or insight repository from the ground up.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the user research strategy and roadmap, establishing scalable research frameworks, standards, and best practices across teams.
  • Lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives, including user testing, interviews, surveys, competitive benchmarking, and expert reviews.
  • Analyze behavioral data and user feedback to identify insights, friction points, opportunities, and trends.
  • Define and evolve web measurement strategies and communicate findings through dashboards and executive-level presentations.
  • Own the experimentation program, including A/B and multivariate testing, to validate hypotheses.
  • Develop compelling data stories that combine quantitative evidence with user perspectives.
  • Build and maintain scalable research documentation and insight repositories.
  • Partner with cross-functional and global stakeholders to translate findings into actionable digital strategy.
  • Apply AI-enabled research workflows to accelerate analysis, transcript synthesis, and pattern identification.
