Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or related commercial functions.
- Demonstrated understanding of global supply chain complexities within the electronic materials industry.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Proven sales leadership, strategic planning, and commercial management capabilities.
- Experience managing OEM relationships, distributors, channel partners, and multi-party supply chains.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Professional fluency in English; Japanese and English bilingual capability is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 25% of the time, with a valid passport and clear driving record.
Responsibilities
- Lead North American sales and distribution activities with accountability for revenue, profitability, and risk management.
- Develop and execute annual strategic and operational plans to meet business targets.
- Manage relationships with U.S. OEM customers and coordinate complex supply chains involving manufacturers and distributors.
- Represent business interests in management-level negotiations with OEMs, channel partners, and suppliers.
- Develop and implement North American channel strategies aligned with global business priorities.
- Collaborate with factory management to optimize production operations and supply availability.
- Support product management and new product introductions by partnering with R&D and marketing teams.
- Monitor market and technology trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Represent the organization at industry events, consortiums, and professional forums.
