Requirements
- 5+ years of overall experience in IT or software engineering with exposure to enterprise integration.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in integration architecture, API design, and data flow modelling.
- Proven experience integrating enterprise SaaS platforms with broader IT ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of API governance, solution architecture, and integration standards.
- Proven ability to develop scalable, repeatable platform capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills.
- Full professional fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong execution focus and ability to work through ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Define, document, and drive adoption of standardized enterprise integration patterns, API governance frameworks, and data flow architectures.
- Architect and oversee integrations between core SaaS platforms and enterprise ecosystem layers, including identity management and central data platforms.
- Establish scalable and reusable integration approaches prioritizing reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Partner with business divisions to translate commercial requirements into pragmatic technical designs and implementation plans.
- Lead communication and alignment across technical and business stakeholders within a matrix organization.
- Establish operational standards for API performance, monitoring, and system resilience.
