Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent level of education preferred.
- 6–10+ years of relevant professional experience in data, digital, technology, engineering, product, transformation, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience supervising and directing people and resources.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex programs, portfolios, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, connecting technology and data initiatives to business objectives.
- Ability to make sound, timely decisions independently.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build effective teams, develop talent, and provide constructive feedback.
- Customer-focused mindset guided by feedback and market trends.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities for managing competing priorities.
- Technology awareness and willingness to adopt emerging tools and innovative approaches.
- Experience working in fast-paced, transformation-oriented environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead data-driven analysis to identify opportunities to improve digital products, services, customer experiences, and cross-channel consistency.
- Manage and deliver end-to-end digital programs and transformation initiatives using agile and design-thinking approaches.
- Translate digital strategy and business objectives into practical programs, initiatives, and technology-enabled solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of projects and programs, tracking priorities, milestones, performance, resources, and outcomes.
- Lead quality initiatives by developing methods, tools, and programs that strengthen delivery standards.
- Contribute to budget planning and execution for assigned programs.
- Support information-security efforts by identifying and remediating cybersecurity incidents, vulnerabilities, and security gaps.
- Develop team capabilities through coaching, training, and professional development.
- Establish performance objectives, monitor results, and provide feedback to support team success.
