Requirements
- More than 6 years of professional experience in data engineering, analytics, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing data engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
- Strong experience providing technical direction for complex data engineering initiatives.
- Deep expertise in customer data, analytics, omnichannel identity resolution, and data science models.
- Hands-on or leadership experience with modern platforms such as Google BigQuery, Snowflake, and Databricks.
- Strong experience modeling complex data and designing scalable data solutions.
- Experience managing resources to deliver projects against defined timelines.
- Experience managing onshore/offshore teams and contractor/external delivery engagements.
- Strong understanding of data engineering practices, architecture, quality, governance, and operational processes.
- Experience managing a portfolio of programs and communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or equivalent level of education is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of data engineering solutions supporting customer data and analytics capabilities.
- Provide technical direction across customer data, identity resolution, data analytics, and personalization initiatives.
- Manage data engineering teams by establishing objectives, priorities, and delivery plans.
- Build and maintain roadmaps for data products and services aligned with business strategies.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital programs using agile methodologies and product management processes.
- Allocate team resources, including coordination with onshore/offshore contractors and external partners.
- Mentor, coach, and develop data engineers to support career growth and team effectiveness.
- Communicate strategy, progress, and risks to senior stakeholders and business partners.
