- Ability to quickly understand customer needs and clearly communicate relevant value propositions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organization and follow-through skills, particularly when managing multiple prospects and follow-up activities.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, remote communication platforms, and KPI tracking tools.
- Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain productive conversations with prospective customers.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, coaching, and other cross-functional teams.
- A results-focused mindset and willingness to consistently engage in outbound prospecting activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to independent mechanical repair shops across the United States.
- Communicate the value and benefits of upcoming live events and webinars to prospective customers.
- Identify and qualify prospects based on their business needs, decision-making authority, and ability to invest in relevant programs.
- Secure attendance commitments from qualified shop owners and decision-makers.
- Identify prospective customers and accurately document sales prospecting activity in CRM and other tracking systems.
- Handle questions and objections confidently, professionally, and persuasively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and activity records in CRM systems.
- Track relevant KPIs and consistently work toward assigned business development and attendance goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and national coaching teams to align outreach, messaging, and business objectives.
- Follow up with no-shows and interested prospects after events to support continued engagement and outreach efforts.
