Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of product management experience with a track record of delivering AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation solutions into production.
- Experience managing products across the full lifecycle from discovery to adoption.
- Proven experience collaborating with software engineering teams and translating business requirements into technical requirements.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies including large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic workflows.
- Hands-on ability to independently prototype AI-enabled solutions using modern development tools.
- Strong product management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to offices and field locations within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with business teams to understand workflows, identify operational challenges, and uncover opportunities for AI-enabled automation.
- Regularly engage with users at offices and field locations to observe processes, gather insights, and validate product opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and maintain a prioritized backlog of AI workflow initiatives.
- Design, build, test, and iterate AI-powered workflow prototypes using modern AI tools, development platforms, and techniques.
- Present prototypes and proposed solutions to stakeholders, gather feedback, and continuously refine workflows.
- Lead products through the lifecycle from discovery and solution design through implementation, production deployment, adoption, and optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering, SRE, security, legal, and procurement teams to transition prototypes into production-ready solutions.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators covering adoption, operational efficiency, and business impact.
- Maintain comprehensive workflow documentation, evaluation records, and audit artifacts.
- Communicate priorities, progress, and business value to stakeholders and executive leadership.
