Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in security, compliance, technical program management, or risk management.
- 3+ years of direct FedRAMP program execution or ownership experience.
- Deep knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and the FedRAMP Moderate baseline.
- Experience with cloud/compliance shared-responsibility models.
- Demonstrated ability to drive remediation across teams without direct authority.
- Working technical knowledge of SaaS and cloud environments (IAM, CI/CD, vulnerability management, logging).
- Ability to independently establish program structure and set priorities.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools for program management and analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and stakeholder audiences.
- Must be a U.S. Person and reside in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution of the company-side FedRAMP program, including milestones, dependencies, and risks.
- Translate FedRAMP and NIST SP 800-53 requirements into actionable plans with defined owners and deadlines.
- Coordinate evidence collection, remediation activities, and control narratives with internal teams and partners.
- Act as a quality gate for evidence and remediation responses to ensure compliance before external submission.
- Track assessment findings and remediation activities through to closure.
- Partner with engineering and security teams to communicate compliance requirements and evidence needs.
- Provide regular status reporting to security and compliance leadership on program health and risks.
