Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- At least 5 years of relevant utilities, energy, or consulting experience.
- Professional experience related to climate resilience, grid modernization, sustainability, or energy efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical project workstreams and mentor junior analysts.
- Proficiency in data analytics and modeling using Microsoft Excel, R, or Python.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations.
- Strong ability to visualize data and communicate findings through effective storytelling.
- Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical workstreams within projects and provide guidance and support to junior analysts.
- Perform statistical, economic, and data analyses using tools such as Microsoft Excel, R, and Python.
- Conduct detailed research and analysis on climate resilience, grid modernization, and sustainability.
- Develop models, analytical frameworks, visualizations, reports, and presentations for client deliverables.
- Synthesize complex information into clear insights and actionable recommendations for senior client stakeholders.
- Participate in and facilitate client workshops and meetings.
