Job Details

5+ years of experience in business process design, business analysis, business architecture, or operations.
Direct experience building or scaling self-service commerce or product-led growth motions.
Demonstrated ability to decompose complex business capabilities into multi-level structures.
Strong facilitation skills leading structured working sessions with senior or director-level stakeholders.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear system requirements for technical teams.
Strong documentation skills including process maps, governance materials, and implementation plans.
Experience working collaboratively across business, technology, product, engineering, and support functions.
Familiarity with identity management, profile management, and billing self-service portals.
Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or payment integrations is desirable.

Maintain L2/L3 capability decompositions for account self-service, portals, and digital commerce.
Facilitate working sessions with digital and Customer Success teams to design future-state operating models.
Translate process designs into system requirements for Product Owners and Engineering Leads.
Lead change management, stakeholder impact assessments, and training activities for process changes.
Define and monitor process performance metrics to track effectiveness and business outcomes.
Design the target digital commerce operating model, including product sequencing and self-service transaction types.
Define business processes for product-led motions like trials, in-app purchases, and upgrades.
