Requirements
- 2-3 years of sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of entering a new industry and building a book of business.
- Successful track record of new lead generation and objection handling.
- Ability to close and manage relationships over the phone.
- Strong time management, communication, and execution skills.
- PC literacy: proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong desire to achieve and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Floral industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Establish rapport and trust with florists.
- Perform high-volume outbound calling and develop relationships via phone and Microsoft Teams.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of business accounts.
- Work with internal departments to provide custom product solutions to top accounts.
- Utilize order entry, call tracking, and contact management software.
- Participate in ongoing sales, product, and process training.
- Meet and exceed daily expectations for time spent selling on the telephone.
