Requirements
- 5+ years of solutions engineering or pre-sales experience.
- Experience with Identity Proofing/Identity verification technologies and the IAM domain.
- Experience assisting with Public Sector and Federal government opportunities.
- Knowledge of Public Sector terminology.
- Understanding of leading cloud provider technologies such as AWS or Azure.
- Proficiency in scripting and experience using AI tools for process efficiency.
- Experience with proof-of-concept planning and execution.
- Experience integrating with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Experience working with technical buyers, security teams, procurement, and executive leadership.
- Ability to communicate technical and business information to varied audiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance throughout the sales cycle to drive opportunities.
- Deliver and customize technical presentations on solutions.
- Lead and respond to RFPs as required by the organization.
- Develop, configure, and manage Proof of Value (POV) and Proof of Concept (POC) success criteria and environments.
- Identify and develop innovative solutions to meet complex customer requirements.
- Develop integrations with applications and APIs where necessary.
- Mentor other solution engineers and support team growth.
- Provide feedback to the product team to influence the product roadmap.
