Requirements
- 4–6+ years of hands-on enterprise Microsoft 365 administration experience.
- Expert knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Purview (Security & Compliance).
- Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Governance.
- Advanced PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph automation skills.
- Strong Power Platform administration experience including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Proven experience leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing long-term improvements.
- Deep understanding of M365 governance, security, compliance, and tenant architecture.
- Experience with monitoring and diagnostics tools such as Message Trace, CQD/Call Analytics, and Audit Logs.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and driving operational excellence.
- Experience working in enterprise environments with 24/7 rotational support.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
- Deliver permanent fixes for recurring platform issues and drive operational improvements.
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Develop advanced PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation for large-scale administration, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Manage Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance solutions including Microsoft Purview, Conditional Access, DLP, and Retention Policies.
- Architect and implement platform enhancements across Microsoft 365 services.
- Collaborate with architects and service owners on solution design and platform strategy.
- Mentor L1/L2 engineers through documentation, knowledge sharing, and technical coaching.
- Troubleshoot complex Power Automate workflows, custom connectors, and integration issues.
- Optimize Power Apps for performance, governance, and security.
