Requirements
- Higher education (minimum Engineer/Bachelor).
- At least 5 years of experience as a specialist supporting applications (analysis, incident resolution, problem management).
- Fluent English (C1) and Polish (B2).
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PL/SQL).
- Good knowledge of SQL, MS SQL, Unix/Linux, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of Documentum platform.
- ITIL Foundation Certificate.
- General knowledge of business processes and software building lifecycle.
- Analytical, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to supervise and plan work for team members.
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line application support and resolve incidents, problems, and change requests.
- Troubleshoot applications, databases, and system environments.
- Support releases, deployments, and system changes.
- Monitor application performance and ensure service stability.
- Coordinate technical activities and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members.
