Requirements
- Extensive, hands-on experience in M365 architecture and configuration at enterprise scale (Admin Center, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
- Proficiency in Microsoft security ecosystem: Copilot Control System, Entra ID (Conditional Access), Purview (DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Audit), and Intune.
- Experience in conducting audits and enterprise readiness assessments (scorecarding, gap analysis).
- Practical knowledge of regulatory requirements for AI and data (EU AI Act, works-council agreements, Responsible AI).
- Ability to create deployment documentation, work instructions, and repeatable procedures for knowledge transfer.
- Fluent English (B2/C1 level) for communication with technical and business stakeholders.
- Skill in translating complex security and governance decisions into executive-level language.
- Willingness to work within a least-privilege model using time-bound (JIT) elevation.
Responsibilities
- Build, supervise, and audit Microsoft 365 Tenant foundations for secure deployment of Copilot and Agent 365.
- Configure and manage Copilot Control System policies and create audit-ready baselines for deployment cohorts.
- Design and maintain Entra ID architecture, Conditional Access policies, and non-human identity modeling.
- Implement Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels, DLP, and retention while mitigating oversharing risks in SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Manage Intune and device compliance to enforce security and access policies.
- Perform tenant readiness assessments, scorecarding, and gap analyses with clear risk registers.
- Verify Agent 365 prerequisites including identity binding and platform delegation.
- Define and archive automated security control proofs for audits, works councils, and EU AI Act compliance.
- Develop technical as-built documentation, work instructions, and repeatable readiness assessment methodologies.
