Requirements
- 5+ years of practical experience with the AWS ecosystem (infrastructure, data, AI).
- Proven experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
- Experience in leading discovery workshops, scoping projects, and estimating effort.
- Experience designing distributed systems and architecting cloud migrations or greenfield environments.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC, Terraform, containers, Kubernetes).
- Security by Design mindset.
- Ability to effectively use AI tools such as Claude.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a consulting or partner environment managing diverse technical landscapes.
- Fluency in Polish (C1) and English (C1).
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional or Specialty) highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery calls and workshops to uncover client requirements, constraints, and long-term goals.
- Shape technical offers by defining project scope, effort estimation, and engagement models.
- Prepare and deliver compelling solution presentations and demos for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner with client leadership to design multi-year cloud and AI transformation roadmaps.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs and leverage AWS partner programs to strengthen offers.
- Design end-to-end cloud-native architectures and high-level designs using AWS services.
- Ensure proposed solutions adhere to the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
- Advocate for modern patterns including Kubernetes, Serverless, and GenAI.
- Define and oversee PoCs and MVPs to validate technical assumptions.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project handovers and consistent implementation.
