Requirements
- Senior level experience in software architecture.
- Proficiency in Go (concurrent services, profiling with pprof).
- Expertise in Async Python (asyncio internals, multi-process worker pools).
- Deep understanding of networking including L2/L3/L4 headers, TCP/UDP, and VLANs.
- Experience with flow telemetry protocols (IPFIX, NetFlow, sFlow).
- Competence in data movement technologies such as Kafka, Protocol Buffers, and columnar/timeseries databases.
- Linux internals knowledge including sockets, epoll, and system tuning.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in English (B2) and Polish (B2).
- Familiarity with network device automation (Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Palo Alto).
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve schemas using Protocol Buffers.
- Implement high-throughput network services and decoders for protocols like IPFIX, NetFlow, and sFlow.
- Optimize systems for low latency and high sustained throughput using profiling tools.
- Manage distributed state, cache synchronization, and idempotent message processing.
- Develop automation tools for network devices using SSH/CLI and vendor APIs.
- Containerize applications and manage CI/CD pipelines including static analysis and automated testing.
- Deploy self-contained binaries and packages to customer infrastructure.
