Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Solution Architect or similar senior role.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in Python, .NET C#, Java, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Extensive experience with architecture patterns including Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, data lakes, and data pipelines.
- Domain knowledge in reliability engineering, simulation modeling (Monte Carlo, Discrete Event), and predictive maintenance.
- Familiarity with industrial systems such as SCADA, OT, and Asset Performance Management.
- Ability to design for performance engineering, HPC, and distributed computing environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end architecture, technology strategy, and technical roadmap for Digital Twin and Reliability Analytics solutions.
- Ensure platform scalability, reliability, maintainability, security, and performance throughout the product lifecycle.
- Establish architecture standards, design principles, governance processes, and engineering best practices.
- Define modular, API-first architecture patterns for modeling, simulation, and integration capabilities.
- Lead technical reviews and architecture governance across globally distributed teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Scientists, and Reliability Engineers to align technology with business goals.
- Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
