Job Details

8+ years of experience in product management.
Demonstrated ownership of both consumer-facing products and internal platform or infrastructure products.
Technical depth sufficient to partner with platform engineering on APIs, SDKs, authentication/identity flows, and data models.
Data fluency, including the ability to write SQL queries and design impactful experiments.
Proven experience driving cross-organizational influence in multi-brand or holding-company environments.
Experience shipping products within legal and compliance constraints.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decisions through high-quality documentation.
Ability to manage acquisition or retention metrics and provide evidence of impact.
Proven judgment in prioritizing ambiguous problems and stopping work on lower-impact initiatives.
Self-starter with a bias to action and low ego.

Own the Fanatics app experience and daily habit loops, optimizing registration, onboarding, and cross-sell mechanics.
Manage the free-to-play strategy, including game design, cadence, and prizing to support acquisition and retention.
Develop and integrate FanCash loyalty features across products to drive user engagement and understand redemption economics.
Scale shared platform infrastructure, including identity, auth, and common components to avoid duplicate development across five business units.
Drive the adoption of shared platform components by persuading teams and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
Solve high-value, unscoped problems across the ecosystem by diving deep into ambiguous, multi-stakeholder challenges.
