Requirements
- 8 or more years of experience in Product Management.
- At least 4 years of experience in fintech, payments, financial systems, or enterprise SaaS focused on financial data, reconciliation, ledgering, or treasury.
- Direct experience building products for internal finance or operations users (Treasury, Accounting, FP&A, Payment Ops).
- Deep understanding of financial data flows: ledgering, bank/GL reconciliation, month-end close, revenue recognition, and cash management.
- Proven track record of platform delivery, including vision ownership, writing PRDs, and tracking outcomes with metrics.
- Ability to lead cross-functional programs involving Finance, Risk, Compliance, or Legal stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience writing executive-level narratives.
- Experience building on top of financial ledger systems or GL/sub-ledger platforms is a plus.
- Working familiarity with SOX controls, audit requirements, or regulatory reporting is preferred.
- Experience in B2B payments, BaaS, card platforms, or working capital products is highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the 3-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Ledger Subscriber Ecosystem.
- Build and ship subscriber platform capabilities including L1/L2 reconciliation reports, exception and aging queues, and cash positioning views.
- Drive adoption of ledger-based workflows across Treasury, Accounting, and Payment Operations.
- Act as the single-threaded owner for the subscriber ecosystem across Product, Engineering, Data Platform, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams.
- Represent subscriber needs in ledger architecture decisions to ensure schemas and controls support downstream reporting and compliance.
- Set and own measurable outcome metrics such as TPV percentage on-ledger and reduction in reconciliation days.
- Communicate trade-offs, progress, and risks through written narratives and status updates to senior leadership.
