Requirements
- 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a strong emphasis on backend development.
- Proven track record in technical leadership roles for teams or complex projects.
- Experience building user-facing SaaS products for startup and enterprise environments.
- Previous startup experience or work in environments prioritizing a bias for action.
- Experience building 0-to-1 products and solving large-scale technical problems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Interest in security, risk, privacy, or AI governance.
- Proficiency with TypeScript and Go is a plus.
- Experience with AI-powered product development and evaluation is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Identify, scope, and lead large technical projects to evolve and scale core product systems.
- Own customer-facing product experiences from problem definition through implementation and iteration.
- Make effective tradeoffs considering business priorities, user experience, and technical scalability.
- Build secure systems to connect and interpret data across people, agents, assets, and vendors.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to bring AI-powered workflows from exploration to production.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining quality and security standards.
- Lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders to deliver business impact.
