Requirements
- Proven experience designing and scaling test automation frameworks in production.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Playwright and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience automating against complex enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, or D365.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI coding assistants, particularly Cursor.
- Solid grasp of API testing, contract testing, and integration testing patterns.
- Ability to define test strategy, coverage targets, and quality metrics for leadership review.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with both engineering and product stakeholders.
- Demonstrated bias for action and ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments.
- Experience in insurance, fintech, or regulated financial services industries (preferred).
- Working knowledge of CI/CD and test suite observability/reporting (preferred).
- Experience deploying AI agents with attention to governance and evaluation (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own the test automation roadmap end to end, setting strategy and driving execution across the team.
- Scale the existing Playwright/JavaScript framework from foundational to enterprise-grade with a focus on stability and reusability.
- Expand test automation breadth and depth into core systems including Salesforce, MuleSoft, D365 Power Apps, D365 F&O, DCR, and Tagetik.
- Define and implement test design standards, code review norms, and contribution guidelines.
- Scale test execution infrastructure including parallel execution, smart retries, and clear reporting dashboards.
- Build and ship specialized AI agents for performance testing, regression analysis, and defect triage using Cursor.
- Deploy QA agents on the organizational AI fabric to ensure discoverability and reusability across functions.
