Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with clients within the investment management industry.
- Proven ability to lead client-facing meetings and presentations, including executive-level audiences.
- Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for productivity.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel nationally up to 10% as needed.
- Technical experience in working with API implementations (plus).
- Previous consulting experience helping customers achieve technical outcomes (plus).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their strategic goals and craft customized adoption plans.
- Lead the design and implementation of solutions to drive positive business outcomes.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for diverse user groups.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on product functionality and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product Development, Customer Success, and Project Management.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve team efficiency.
- Create and maintain documentation on product and procedural best practices.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate recurring work, manage client books, and prepare documentation.
