Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience; Master's Degree and 4+ years; or Doctoral Degree.
- Experience designing technical assistance activities such as briefs, guides, toolkits, and webinars.
- Experience developing communications for newsletters and online collaboration sites.
- Experience with qualitative data collection and analysis, such as online surveys and interviews.
- Experience translating policy into practical and actionable information.
- Experience delivering technical assistance for Medicaid programs and/or state Medicaid offices.
- Knowledge of behavioral health practices, clinicians, and integrated care delivery.
- Knowledge of health information technology at the provider level.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in both in-person and virtual environments.
Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and track the technical assistance needs of program participants.
- Create plans to address technical assistance needs.
- Develop technical assistance resources including memos, factsheets, checklists, templates, and case studies.
- Develop, host, and support webinars and office hours.
- Design communications for a variety of audiences and modalities.
- Facilitate discussions with program participants to identify progress and develop strategies for success.
- Lead meetings and present information to team members and clients.
- Manage content within an online collaboration website.
- Compile and interpret engagement metrics related to program activities and communications.
