Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 6+ years of experience in project leadership and workplan management within a consulting firm environment.
- Professional experience focused on hospital or physician revenue cycle, denials management, or patient access services.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, multiple workstreams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data into practical performance improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to travel based on client, enterprise, or project requirements (averages less than 50% annually).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue cycle best practices that improve operational efficiency, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Assess and optimize billing, coding, collections, denials management, and related revenue cycle processes to reduce revenue leakage.
- Lead complex, multi-workstream consulting projects, including project planning, workplan management, execution, and delivery.
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify improvement opportunities and support organizational change initiatives.
- Partner closely with clients and internal teams to align project outcomes with strategic and business objectives.
- Communicate project progress, findings, recommendations, and priorities effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Lead, coach, train, and develop junior team members through ongoing supervision, feedback, and mentorship.
