Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in public policy, public health, health administration, health informatics, health information management, or related field.
- One to two years of professional work experience.
- Demonstrated interest in healthcare policy and/or public programs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to actively listen, learn, and build relationships quickly.
- Clear and concise writing skills.
- Familiarity with Medicare and/or Medicaid regulations and policy (Preferred).
- Exposure to government procurement or grant applications (Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Maintain concurrent project tasks through documentation, plans, and meeting logistics.
- Summarize action items and coordinate team responses and materials.
- Draft technical assistance tools, templates, and session summaries.
- Perform quality control on team outputs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Research federal and state healthcare programs, including Medicare and Medicaid.
- Analyze state RFP requirements and funding conditions.
- Synthesize research findings into client-ready briefs, exhibits, and presentation materials.
