Engineering at Forma.ai

You will tackle complex engineering challenges, from designing scalable frontend architectures to building robust backend systems. We handle high data volumes, wide configurability, and mission-critical operational workflows. Our tech stack includes JavaScript, React, TypeScript for the frontend, and Java/Springboot, Django, Postgres for the backend. We leverage AWS and Docker for infrastructure, with Spark for our data platform. You will build and evolve systems that clarify complex compensation data and operational processes.
