Requirements
- Significant customer-facing technical experience at a data platform, analytics, streaming, or database company.
- Deep understanding of data architecture combined with expertise in cloud and data security.
- Demonstrable experience with IAM, key management, cryptography, network isolation, and secure multi-tenancy.
- Expertise in threat modeling, architectural security reviews, and audit processes.
- Working knowledge of enterprise compliance frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
- Familiarity with US public-sector and privacy regulations such as FedRAMP, CMMC, CCPA, and CPRA.
- Ability to communicate complex technical security concepts to C-level security buyers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead security conversations with CISOs, security architects, and GRC teams to translate ClickHouse architecture into recognizable control frameworks.
- Design and validate secure ClickHouse Cloud and BYOC deployment patterns covering network isolation, private connectivity, and identity federation.
- Perform threat modeling and architecture reviews with customer security teams throughout the POC and production readiness phases.
- Serve as the field authority on compliance posture including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and US public-sector requirements.
- Accelerate the completion of security questionnaires, RFPs, and third-party risk reviews by maintaining a reusable answer library.
- Develop security playbooks for the AMER Solutions Architecture team to enable effective handling of routine security queries.
