Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience in a high-growth environment.
Proven experience personally managing senior and Director-level searches.
Prior experience building or scaling a talent acquisition function, ideally within SaaS or life sciences.
Hands-on experience administering and optimizing an ATS (Lever strongly preferred).
Experience recruiting across multiple geographies (US and international, UK/Europe, a plus).
Experience partnering with executive stakeholders and supporting board- or PE-facing hiring priorities.
Strategic mindset with the ability to design high-level recruiting strategies while executing searches.
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organization.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in recruiting analytics and process improvement.

Own the full-cycle recruiting process end to end across all functions and geographies.
Partner with the CPO and executive leadership to translate headcount forecasts into recruiting strategies.
Build and optimize a scalable talent acquisition function, including processes and playbooks.
Personally lead and run searches for business-critical and senior-level roles.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-caliber talent pipelines.
Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on market realities, role design, and compensation.
Administer and optimize Lever (ATS) to ensure data integrity and pipeline hygiene.
Establish and track recruiting KPIs to measure performance and drive process improvements.
