7+ years of Technical Program Management experience with a track record of driving cross-functional software programs to completion
Senior- or staff-level operating experience, comfortable owning and influencing engineering decisions rather than only coordinating them
Ability to understand and reason about technical systems, including frontend/backend integrations and multi-platform delivery (Web, iOS, Android)
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead through influence without direct authority
Demonstrated ability to build high-trust working relationships quickly in a fast-moving environment
Comfort operating in ambiguity, with a history of bringing structure to complex, evolving programs
Excellent written and verbal communication, able to synthesize complex tradeoffs and present at the right altitude for any audience

Own program execution for Reservations, Cancellations, and Host Services initiatives, tracking milestones, surfacing risks, and driving resolution across Web, iOS, and Android engineering teams
Partner with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Product Managers to align roadmaps, sequence work, and keep cross-team dependencies visible and unblocked
Lead, influence, and help shape engineering decisions and solution scope to prioritize speed to market against company initiatives
Drive delivery of key workstreams, including cancellation policy systems, reservation management flows, host and guest service tooling, and related trust and support infrastructure
Run regular program cadences (standups, cross-functional syncs, and stakeholder updates) to keep progress visible and escalate issues appropriately
Identify and mitigate technical and execution risks before they become blockers
Contribute to bi-annual product release planning by managing assigned workstreams through the full product lifecycle
Translate complex technical work into clear status communications for engineering directors and senior leadership
