Requirements
- Strong background in software, infrastructure, or security engineering.
- Proficiency in using code and infrastructure as code to automate repetitive work.
- Experience managing identity, MDM, and joiner/leaver automation.
- Experience securing modern AWS or GCP environments, including IAM decisions.
- Experience with vulnerability management or access reviews in auditable environments.
- Familiarity with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 controls and automated compliance checks.
- Commitment to positive employee experience and ability to provide context when saying no.
- Enthusiasm for AI-assisted development and modern AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Own identity and SSO in Google Workspace, including groups, SCIM provisioning, MFA and access policies.
- Run macOS fleet through Iru, including enrolment, configuration, patching and compliance.
- Automate joiner, mover and leaver flows from Rippling.
- Own SaaS licensing and app provisioning with automation.
- Manage security controls across AWS, GitHub, Kubernetes and SaaS environments.
- Run vulnerability management end to end from identification through remediation.
- Execute regular access reviews and generate audit evidence through Vanta.
- Apply a security perspective to incidents and post-incident reviews.
