Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or Analytics Specialist.
- Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, or e-commerce fulfillment.
- Working knowledge of Python for analysis including pandas and basic statistics.
- Familiarity with CRM data structures such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Experience connecting to ERP/WMS data sources.
- Ability to translate complex business questions into technical data requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a track record of driving actionable outcomes through data.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a customer health score using key performance indicators.
- Produce weekly 'at-risk account' reports and develop churn propensity models.
- Automate renewal dashboards and generate expansion opportunity insights.
- Maintain data connections between internal databases, CRM, and BI tools.
- Implement automated alerts and dashboards with weekly refreshes.
- Lead AI adoption and collaborate with IT to productionize analytic models.
- Document data definitions and standardize reporting processes.
