Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related field.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and library usage.
- Experience working within and contributing to established design systems.
- Experience designing enterprise or transactional systems.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and shipped outcomes.
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into user-centered experiences.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for key product flows from discovery through delivery.
- Translate complex, ambiguous requirements into intuitive, user-centered experiences.
- Create high-quality deliverables including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.
- Apply visual and interaction design skills to deliver polished, scalable solutions aligned with design systems.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering partners to define problems, shape solutions, and prioritize work.
- Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Mentor and support junior designers while advocating for user-centered design practices.
