Requirements

- 5+ years in product-focused and people management roles.
- Proven experience customizing ServiceNow for scalability.
- Deep expertise in core ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, and GRC.
- Proficient in NowAssist, Virtual Agent, and integrating AI tools into workflows.
- Hands-on platform development skills in JavaScript scripting (Glide API, Script Includes).
- Experience with Workflow Studio, Flow Designer, REST APIs, and Workflow Data Fabric integrations.
- Ability to build modern portals via UI Builder and the Next Experience framework.
- Experience with custom scoped applications and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
- CIS-ITSM certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the long-term platform vision and technical strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs and scaling requirements.
- Architect data-driven roadmaps that prioritize high-value automation, platform UX/UI optimization, and the integration of emerging AI capabilities.
- Lead technical architecture, configuration, customization, and engineering of the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Direct the full product lifecycle for ServiceNow modules while managing technical debt and balancing feature velocity with stability.
- Establish and enforce performance metrics and service level agreements across all ServiceNow workflows.
- Oversee structural integrity through security hardening, upgrade cycles, and guidance for Flow Designer and IntegrationHub development.
- Act as the primary technical authority for business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into scalable solutions.
- Lead the engineering team with a focus on ownership, technical excellence, and platform best practices.
