Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Legal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, deal desk, contracts administration, order management, or legal operations.
- Experience preparing or administering quotes, contracts, SOWs, order forms, and electronic-signature workflows.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience with CPQ, contract lifecycle management, or document repository tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with managed services, AWS/Azure/GCP resale programs, or usage-based billing is a plus.
- Exposure to B2B technology sales and professional-services SOW review is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage deal-desk intake and track requests, documents, approvals, owners, customer actions, and target dates.
- Prepare standard quotes and commercial documents with Account Executives using approved pricing, templates, and service tiers.
- Coordinate professional-services SOW development with Sales, technical resources, and Professional Services teams.
- Capture project scope, deliverables, milestones, assumptions, and pricing accurately in SOWs.
- Draft and update order forms, SOWs, amendments, change orders, and renewal documents.
- Route nonstandard pricing, contract language, and scope questions to Finance, Legal, and Security/Compliance departments.
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, quotes, contracts, and subscriptions in Salesforce.
- Prepare and audit closed-won documentation for onboarding, billing, and customer-success handoff.
