Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in business intelligence or analytics.
- Direct, hands-on experience in performance or affiliate marketing.
- Expert-level SQL skills with the ability to work with unstructured, complex data sets.
- Advanced LookML development experience or equivalent proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.
- Proven ability to architect complex data models with awareness of downstream business impacts.
- Strong data literacy skills with a focus on building, standardizing, and driving dashboard adoption.
- Business acumen to connect data insights directly to revenue and business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to own reporting end-to-end from pipeline to dashboard.
Responsibilities
- Own the reporting infrastructure end-to-end, from raw data ingestion to final dashboard, for designated verticals.
- Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to conduct retrospective analyses and uncover business trends.
- Audit existing reporting to identify discrepancies and lead standardization efforts.
- Build standardized reporting suites that enable self-service analytics for business stakeholders.
- Drive business growth by connecting data insights to specific performance levers like conversion rates and revenue per session.
