Job Details

Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining visualization solutions in Amazon QuickSight

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a quantitative discipline.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining visualization solutions in Amazon QuickSight.
Practical experience creating analyses, calculated fields, filters, parameters, and interactive visualizations in QuickSight.
Familiarity with Tableau dashboard development.
Strong attention to detail with experience documenting business and technical requirements based on user interviews.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Databricks is preferred.
Experience with healthcare, Medicare, or claims data is preferred.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Amazon QuickSight analyses, datasets, and multi-level dashboards.
Collaborate with HSAG staff and CMS stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine dashboard requirements.
Implement intuitive dashboard navigation, drill-downs, filters, and parameters.
Apply data validation and quality-control procedures to ensure accurate visualizations.
Maintain dashboard documentation and support version control processes.
Create and maintain Tableau dashboards for other project needs.
Coordinate technical User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve production defects.
Provide technical troubleshooting and support to staff and stakeholders regarding dashboard functionality.
