Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
- Direct exposure to performance or affiliate marketing.
- Expert SQL skills with experience extracting insights from unstructured, complex data.
- Advanced development skills in LookML, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Proven ability to own reporting end-to-end, from data pipeline to final dashboard.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge business context with data analysis.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on connecting data to revenue and performance levers.
- Effective communication skills to partner with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analytical rigor and curiosity to trace discrepancies and drive improvement.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover trends.
- Conduct retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, and performance metrics.
- Architect and maintain reporting infrastructure from raw data to final dashboards.
- Standardize reporting to improve data literacy and reduce inconsistencies.
- Translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Drive adoption and ensure reporting is used to inform key business decisions.
