Requirements
- Ability to work Eastern Time (EDT).
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish.
- At least 2 years of outbound call center experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience managing multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Experience with Zendesk (preferred).
- Experience with Five9 (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Review and follow up on inbound requests from outreach campaigns.
- Utilize deep prospecting techniques to perform personalized outbound patient outreach.
- Manage 150 to 200 outbound calls daily using an auto-dialer to book an average of 19+ appointments.
- Build trust with patients and caregivers to encourage appointment scheduling.
- Educate patients on the importance of services and the benefits of in-home care.
- Maintain a deep understanding of partner care models to answer patient questions.
- Collaborate with representatives and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless experiences.
- Escalate complex customer situations and concerns to appropriate teams.
