Requirements
- Ability to work Eastern Time (EDT).
- At least 2 years of outbound call center experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven skill managing multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Experience with Zendesk (preferred).
- Experience with Five9 (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Review and follow up on inbound requests from outreach campaigns.
- Perform 150 to 200 outbound calls daily using an auto-dialer.
- Speak with 80 to 100 patients daily and book an average of 19 appointments.
- Educate patients on the importance of ordered services and at-home care benefits.
- Collaborate with representatives and healthcare professionals for seamless patient experience.
- Escalate complex questions and concerns to appropriate teams.
