Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software.
- Solid organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work in a cross-functional team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and corporate accounting operations preferred.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Understanding of internal controls preferred.
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute core accounting processes including data organization, cash reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Support U.S. GAAP compliance and internal controls.
- Maintain fixed asset and prepaid schedules, prepare accruals, and assist with AP/Payroll collaboration.
- Document workflows and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Maintain and improve SOX compliance documentation and testing.
- Prepare support and communicate processes for external Big 4 audit teams.
